L'impression est ambiguë : premièrement, ce n'est pas une crème mais un gel. Il a une odeur assez neutre, mais avec une légère odeur de plastique (c'est un point négatif). Il n'est pas trop collant, ce qui est agréable pour un gel. Il n'a pas complètement éliminé les pigments, mais je ne l'ai pas utilisé pendant longtemps (peut-être a-t-il besoin de plus de temps pour un effet visible). Dans l'ensemble, je lui donne une note élevée uniquement parce qu'il n'a pas endommagé ni serré la peau. Pour ce prix, il existe des crèmes plus efficaces :)
